Second hand… What does that mean?
Most of our inventory is second hand goods. As such we sell items in a ‘as in’ condition (the same condition that the item was originally procured).
Some products such as event goods, character goods, and Japan exclusive items are procured from customers in Japan. The item may be “second hand” however not in a ‘used’ state

Each and every item is supplied ample photos for your viewing pleasure! Please contact us if you need more pictures. Item condition is listed in buckets of RANK A, B, C, D in our description. Age related degradation is not included in RANK metric.
Our professional quality team ensures only licensed items are sold at Shanelings and never bootlegs/fake items. Please view our pictures as well to confirm validity.
Why are Shanelings prices Different from retail prices?
Each item is valued based on aftermarket values at the time of listing creation. Aftermarket value is relative to retail prices, item rarity, date of issue, and character popularity, condition, etc.

How is it shipped?
We ship domestically from NY State to all 50 States and US territories. No worrying about customs delays with our domestic usage of USPS. USPS Ground typically has a lead time of 3 - 5 business days from point of post office receive date. We try to ship same to next day, however our typical shipments can take 1-2 business days. If you need to change your address or have any shipping questions please contact your local post office.
Its been damaged…
We can refund or exchange your item if damages related to our shipping and handling process occur. For faster processing times please take a continuous non-edited video of you opening the package for the first time. Please supply as many pictures of the item and package damages.
