Shipping policy

We ship between 3-5 business days once an order has been placed.

Domestic shipping in the USA will be shipped via USPS

Shipping to countries outside the USA may contain taxes/duties/brokerage fees on arrival. Shanelings is not responsible for these taxes and it is your duty to pay once your package arrives in your country. We are not obligated to refund for orders that you reject payment for these fees. We ship via UPS with DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Shanelings is not in control of your destination country's taxes/duties upon arrival in your country.
