Shipping policy

We ship between 3-5 business days once an order has been placed. If we are vending at a convention it may take 5-7 or more business days. Domestic shipping in the USA will be shipped via USPS.

CONVENTION PICKUP - ANYC Please go to booth 2430 when your order is ready. Please note your order it may be cancelled if we do not have the inventory to fulfill it.

Shipping to countries outside the USA may contain taxes/duties/brokerage fees on arrival. Shanelings is not responsible for these taxes and it is your duty to pay once your package arrives in your country. We are not obligated to refund for orders that you reject payment for these fees. We ship via UPS/USPS with DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Shanelings is not in control of your destination country's taxes/duties upon arrival in your country.
